The service

Lumewell is a journaling app with guided sessions, mood tracking and AI-generated reflections. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Your content

What you write belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate reflections when AI features are on. See the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Reflections and questions are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are prompts for your own thinking, not professional advice.

Not therapy or medical advice

Lumewell does not provide medical, psychological or crisis services. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or, in the United States, call or text 988.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Giraldo Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

We will tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect.
